Served with our unique house sauces and traditional Colombian aji, our
empanadas are the perfect small dish for your event. We offer a wide variety of empanadas for our catering events. Some of our most popular empanada flavors include beef and potato,
chicken, pasteles de garbanzo (vegetarian), and cheese and pineapple filling.
The bandeja paisa is the most representative and emblematic dish of
Colombian cuisine, and is native to the region of Antioquia. One of the fundamental characteristics of this dish is its abundance, both in quantity and variety. It's a tasty mix of ingredients that reflect the richness of the Andean mountains and region.
With Cargamanto beans, white rice, shredded beef, pork rinds, fried egg, fried plantains, a cheese arepa, Colombian chorizo, and avocado, this platter is a feast of flavors. The bandeja paisa is also highly customizable and can be adjusted according to the client’s needs, making it our most popular
catering dish.
